Our commitment to the arts started with our Founder, Ermenegildo Zegna. He found daily inspiration in art and beauty, commissioning artists, designers and architects on his journey to building the 232 Road linking Oasi Zegna – our 100km² natural territory in the Biella Alps and the home of our values – to local communities.

VISIBLE

Founded in 2010 by Fondazione Zegna and Cittadellarte – Fondazione Pistoletto, the Visible Project awards a series of fellowships to support socially engaged artistic practices. A nomadic institution, Visible has produced work in a variety of formats, from publications and performances to exhibitions, and has collaborated with prestigious art institutions such as the Serpentine Galleries, Van Abbemuseum, Tate Liverpool, Queens Museum and Lafayette Anticipations.
This year, as an official partner of Art Basel, we will be distributing limited-edition tote bags to mark the occasion, bringing ZEGNA and Visible to a new audience.

ALL'APERTO

Established in 2008, All ’Aperto is a contemporary art project curated by Andrea Zegna and Barbara Casavecchia for Fondazione Zegna that has seen the creation of site-specific works in  Oasi Zegna — the home of our values. Created to make contemporary art and its values more accessible, it encapsulates more than a century of history for the brand with works by artists including Dan Graham and Daniel Buren. The permanent exhibition gives a clear insight to what ZEGNA stands for, while the temporary space is aimed at promoting local artists, following in the footsteps of our Founder’s vision to cultivate the community around Oasi Zegna.

OUR STORES

Key Global Stores see prominent artists, including Ettore Spalletti and Ding Yi, create commissioned pieces inspired by our values and natural territory in the north of Italy. Our London store features a visually stunning tapestry designed by William Kentridge and woven by Stephens Tapestry Studio. The work was inspired by silhouettes of our Founder, Ermenegildo Zegna, and the pride he felt for his Wool Mill in Oasi Zegna. Our Milan store shows the diverse interest in art that the Zegna family has with a carbon print by Mimmo Jodice that highlights the simple beauty that can be found in nature in Oasi Zegna.
