We will ship the product(s) in your order via UPS® courier to the delivery address in the United States of America. Our shipping partner will require a signature by you for orders of $7,000 or more after tax (or an adult authorized by you) upon receipt of the products. Please note that we will not deliver products to PO boxes, and we will only deliver on normal working days/hours (not on weekends or public holidays).
If your order total exceeds $7,000 after tax and requires a signature upon receipt, the courier will make three (3) delivery attempts to deliver the package and obtain a signature. The frequency is three (3) consecutive attempts one each day. After the 3rd attempt we will bring the package to the UPS® customer counter. A post card will be sent informing that the package must be picked up at the customer counter within 7 days or the package will be returned to us and we will process the return. When this occurs, we will notify you and this shall be treated as a free return of your order and we shall provide you with a refund for these products.
If the customer has UPS My Choice®, or the package is being delivered to an area that has Access Points, after first delivery attempt made to your given address courier will drop off the package to an access point, and the customer will have 7 days to pick the package up from the access point before it is returned to us and we will process the return. When this occurs, we will notify you and this shall be treated as a free return of your order and we shall provide you with a refund for these products.
You may check the progress of your order through the link in confirmation email or through the ORDER HISTORY section in the MY ACCOUNT area of our Website, where you will be automatically redirected to the UPS website.
Complimentary delivery is available if you have a registered account on Zegna.com, as well as for In-Store Collection.
You may choose to collect your order from our select boutiques located in this country that are presented at checkout, during the boutique’s normal business hours. There are no additional fees when selecting our In-Store Collection service.
Your selected boutique will notify you when your order is available for pick up. Please note, this can take up to 7 business days from when your order is placed based on inventory availability. Your order will be held for 20 (twenty) days from the date in which you were notified that your order was available for pick up. If you are unable to pick up your order during this time frame, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Please note, for orders placed with our Ship To Store service, the selected boutique cannot deliver or arrange delivery to a different or additional address. Accordingly, the product shall be collected at the selected boutique only.
If you wish to collect your order from a select boutique, please note you will need to present a copy of your order confirmation email and a valid identification document (i.e. a valid passport or drivers’ license) upon pick-up.
If you have authorized another person to collect your order on your behalf, the individual will need to present the following:
- a copy of your order confirmation email
- a copy of your valid identification (i.e. a valid passport or drivers’ license)
- the authorized person’s valid identification document
- a simple letter of authorization from you, stating that you authorize that person to collect your products on your behalf.
