Courier delivery time depends on the shipping destination you selected:

  • Lead time to most of the areas in Hong Kong is between 1 to 3 working days since the order submitted through the Website has been successfully confirmed by Zegna;
  • Lead time to Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, Lamma Island is 3 to 5 working days since the order submitted through the Website has been successfully confirmed by Zegna.


We will ship the product(s) in your order via courier service to the delivery address within territory of Hong Kong indicated by your order. Our shipping partner will require a signature by you (or an adult authorized by you) upon receipt of the products. Please note that we will not deliver products to PO boxes. Courier will not make a delivery on Sunday and public holidays. And during spring festival, you may expect the longer lead time. Courier will always try to reach you but in case no succeed, Courier will contact Zegna Customer Care center and Zegna will handle the issue case by case based on the customer profile.

You may check the progress of your order through the link in confirmation email or through the ORDER HISTORY section in the MY ACCOUNT area of our Website where you will be automatically redirected to the courier website.


You may choose to collect the products in your order from one of our boutique stores located in Hong Kong that have adhered to the “retail store direct delivery” project* during the store's normal opening hours.

If you are collecting the products in person, you will need to show the boutique store a copy of your order confirmation email sent by Zegna and a valid and original identification document (i.e., your unexpired passport or ID Card).

If you have authorized another person to collect the products on your behalf, this person will need to present:

  • a copy of your order confirmation email sent by Zegna;
  • a copy of your valid identification document (i.e., a copy of your unexpired passport or ID Card);
  • an original copy of the authorized person's valid identification document;
  • a simple letter of authorization from you, stating that you authorize that person to collect the product(s) on your behalf.

 

We will hold the products you ordered at the store for twenty (20) calendar days since the product has arrived at the store and informing you by email.

If these products are not collected within these twenty (20) calendar days, the boutique store will generate the return procedure and we will also notify you by email. When this occurs, this shall be treated as a free return of your order and we shall provide you with a full refund for the product(s).

Please note that in case of In-store collection orders, the boutique store cannot deliver or arrange delivery to a different or additional address. Accordingly, the product shall be collected at the store indicated by your order only.

*In- Store Collection Stores/Retail Store Direct Delivery:
