RETURNS & REFUNDS
This form only serves the goods purchased from website www.zegna.hk and in Hong Kong in local Currency (HKD)
Please note that by placing an order with the Website, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Privacy Policy and Website General Conditions of Sale.
Subject to our General Conditions of Sale, you are entitled to return products if you change your mind within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the products.
To process a return, just follow these simple steps:
1. Make sure the products have not been used, worn, altered, washed or damaged and that they have the identification tag with the disposable seal still attached;
2. All goods should be returned in their original and unused condition (with all original packaging, i.e.: dust bag and box etc.), with all accessories, labels, tags, and the disposable seal (if any) still attached. If any of the original packaging, labels and disposable seal has been removed, the goods will be considered used. Sealed products (for example, underwear, swimwear and fragrances) opened following delivery will be considered unreturnable, as such products are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, or the quality/value of such products could be changed/devalued after being unsealed.
3. Prepare the Withdrawal Form and then please call Zegna Customer Care Center (800-961-801 during working days: Mon - Fri from 9AM to 7PM) and follow the steps that Zegna Customer Care Center may guide you on return;
4. Prepare the product(s) in original package and sealed with the tape Zegna provided you in the original delivery and pass the parcel to the courier Zegna Customer Care Center assigned to you.
You are also entitled to return products ordered to an Ermenegildo Zegna boutique store located in Hong Kong* (Please refer to In-Store Returns Page for details), for a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days following the date of receiving of the product(s).
Ermenegildo Zegna has the sole discretion in determining whether products are in original condition when returned to us.
Within seven (7) days from the time we receive the parcel, all returned products will be checked by Zegna, and we will send you an email confirming acceptance of the returned products and the refund due to you and arrange the refund to you. Or if in the case of a denied return you will be notified of the reason and the package returned to you. Please note that various payment providers have different processing times for refunds and it may take a number of working days for refunds to be processed back to your original form of payment.
Returns must be sent from Hong Kong SAR China in which your order was placed. We will not be able to accept returns purchased from different countries/regions other than Hong Kong SAR China.
We do not accept exchanges or provide refunds for purchases made in Ermenegildo Zegna stores via this return process. All purchases made in an Ermenegildo Zegna store should be returned to one of our stores.

In-store Returns
Follow the steps listed below:
- You are also entitled to return products ordered via www.zegna.hk to an Ermenegildo Zegna store located in Hong Kong*, for a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days following the date of receiving of the products.
- Ensure that the products you are returning are in their original and unused condition, with all original packaging, i.e.: dust bag and box etc., and with all accessories, labels, tags, and the disposable seal (if any) still attached;
- Pack the products in the original order box without sealing the package; and
- Bring this package to the store of your choice along with the delivery document (sale receipt) and filled Withdrawal Form, both in the original package.
Should your return meet our conditions stated above, you will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as the refund for your return has been issued.
In-store you will receive a credit note document to keep until you will receive the email with refund confirmation.
*Online returns can be brought to and processed in all Ermenegildo Zegna boutique stores located in Hong Kong except for Hong Kong International Airport Store, HK Outlet Store and Underwear Corner. You are warmly welcome to access www.zegna.hk for detail boutique stores information obtaining.
